MANDALYNN Customer Support will issue one exchange or store credit for all non-damaged, regular-priced items when notified via email within 7 days of when the merchandise was received. DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE THE RETURN-AUTHORIZATION-FORM BELOW, and email to the address on the form: email@example.com. Merchandise must be in its unworn, unwashed original condition with all original tags still attached inside the MANDALYNN pollywog, and must be received in-house within 14 days of delivery date. Merchandise received after 14 days with no prior notification to Customer Support will be refused. Any items returned outside of the above mentioned policy are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
