WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

As soon as your order ships, you will get an automated shipping confirmation with a tracking number for your purchase. All orders are shipped within 48hrs of being processed and on weekdays only unless otherwise specified. We are closed on weekends.

I JUST RECEIVED MY AUTOMATED SHIPPING RESPONSE WITH MY TRACKING NUMBER. IT IS SHOWING AS "NOT FOUND" WHEN I ATTEMPT TO TRACK IT. HELP!

When you receive the email it does not mean the order was picked up by UPS, it means the label was created and the order is preparing to ship. Please provide up to 24hrs before track your package or email us with concerns. If we could - we would blink an eye and have it to your doorstep in an instant!

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? - DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY

You will receive your order within 1-5 business days from the date that it is shipped - depending on the shipping option you choose. Again, all orders are shipped within 48hrs of being processed and on weekdays only unless otherwise specified. We are closed on weekends.

CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer 2 international shipping options: International Priority and International Express. However, due to customs policies in differing countries, we cannot give a definite time frame as to when you will receive your order.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE - WHAT DO I DO?

If you are unhappy with the style or ordered the wrong size, you are able to exchange your item(s) within 14 days of your delivery date - provided it still has the original tagging and the hygienic liners are intact and it has not been worn, washed or altered in any way. Please email support@mandalynnswim.com for a Return Authorization Form to fill out and include in the package you are mailing back. Sizes for exchanges are not guaranteed, nor is a return delivery date. We will contact you upon your package arrival if the requested exchange is unavailable.  

 

DO YOU HAVE ANY MANDALYNN STORE LOCATIONS?

We currently do not. However, our product is sold online and in retail stores listed under the "retailers" page. We also travel around area for sample sales so keep an eye out for those. If interested in setting one up, contact support@mandalynnswim.com and it will be forwarded accordingly.
